Apply to ESCC
Provide the following documents to admissions@escc.edu.
- an official transcript from your high school and each college you attended prior to coming to ESCC
- a photo ID
Apply for a FSA ID
- Your FSA ID allows you to sign your FAFSA and federal loan promissory notes electronically.
- Parents of dependent students will need their own FSA ID to sign these documents.
Complete your FAFSA
- When completing the FAFSA, please list the ESCC school code (001015) as one of the colleges you may attend.
- Complete the 2021-2022 if you would like to attend Summer of 22.
- Complete the 2022-2023 if you would like to attend Fall 22, Spring 23, and/or Summer 23.
- If possible, use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool within the FAFSA to provide your federal income tax return data.
- You should also use the Data Retrieval Tool to provide your parents’ income tax return data if requested.
Check your financial aid status 3-5 days later
- Check your MyESCC account 3-5 business days after you submitted your FAFSA application and contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.

If you are eligible for VA funding, complete the steps below.
Contact us at (334) 347-2623 ext. 2214 or va@escc.edu include your full name, ID, and term you plan to begin so we can assist you with processing your eligibility.
- After you register, take a screenshot of your schedule and upload with your VA Certification Form for each term.
- We will need a Certificate of Entitlement. This process can take 30 days after you request this from the VA.
