Value Resorts

This category is very popular because it provides on-site rooms for budget-conscious guests because of their affordability, locations, Disney transportation, theming, pools, arcades, food courts, and playgrounds. Standard rooms are approximately 260-277 sq ft and have doors facing outside. They can be booked in a preferred section of the resort which will place you closer to transportation, pool, or dining. Standard rooms sleep 4 plus a child under three in a crib. Family suites are available at two locations that sleep 6 plus a child under three in a crib. Adjoining rooms are an additional option.

Moderate Resorts

Moderate resorts average between 314 -375 sq ft and most have doors facing outside like the value categories. You will enjoy more subtle theming than at the value resorts. Each resort has a food court and all except Port Orleans French Quarter has at least one table service restaurant. Caribbean Beach, Coronado Springs, and Riverside are all built around lakes and are serviced by Disney buses that make multiple stops. Caribbean Beach has access to the Disney Skyliner.

Deluxe Resorts

Deluxe resorts offer elaborate theming with the average room size for a standard Deluxe room at approximately 380 square feet and up to 2800 sq feet for the largest DVC villa that sleeps 12. Villas can include options like a full kitchen, washer & dryer, a living room, and multiple bathrooms. They offer feature pools with slides and quiet pools with a pool bar serving up tempting options. Each resort offers quick service, table service, and signature dining options at most resorts. One or more bars and lounges will be available depending on your location. You will have a variety of transportation options to pick from.
