Deluxe Resorts

Deluxe resorts offer elaborate theming with the average room size for a standard Deluxe room at approximately 380 square feet and up to 2800 sq feet for the largest DVC villa that sleeps 12. Villas can include options like a full kitchen, washer & dryer, a living room, and multiple bathrooms. They offer feature pools with slides and quiet pools with a pool bar serving up tempting options. Each resort offers quick service, table service, and signature dining options at most resorts. One or more bars and lounges will be available depending on your location. You will have a variety of transportation options to pick from.

Saratoga Springs

This Victoria-style resort celebrates the historic famous New York retreat known for its spas and horse racing. It is located on Lake Buena Vista and has a golf course on-site. It is easy to cool off at this resort with two feature pools and 3 leisure pools! In addition, Saratoga Springs is home to Treehouse Villas, a VERY popular for adventurous families! You have many other room options to choose from including anything from a studio to a 3 bedroom villa! This resort is divided into 5 sections. Congress Park is the closest to Disney Springs and The Springs is closest to the Carriage House. Both sections contain the preferred rooms. The Paddock has a large feature pool with a quick service option. The Carousel is often quiet. The Grandstand is the first stop for arriving buses and is near a leisure pool with a kid's play area. This is the bus stop you can walk to from the Treehouse Villas. Multiple food options are available on property. Saratoga Springs offers boat transportation to Disney Springs and buses to all other locations with an internal bus system which makes multiple stops within the resort to reduce your walking.

Transportation 

• To visit a them park, you must take the internal shuttle bus to The Springs stop and change to a bus heading to your theme park of choice.
  
• There is boat service from the Treehouse Villas dock to the Carriage House at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa with continuing service to the West Side Dock at Disney Springs.
